◆ Characteristics : Low friction, self-lubricating fiberglass PA66; Features of Asahi Kasei: Good dispersion of glass fibers, less floating fibers, better surface appearance than the same formula of American materials, better wet rigidity maintenance, suitable for precision silent sliding parts.
◆ Purpose : Precision small gears, silent shaft sleeves, sliders, guide rails, pneumatic sliding parts, Japanese household appliances/automotive transmission parts, and wear-resistant structural components that value appearance and low noise.
