◆ Material : PA66 | Formula: 30% fiberglass reinforcement+PTFE (Teflon) micro powder lubrication+thermal stability modification | Natural NC010.
◆ Characteristics : Low friction, low wear and wear-resistant PA66, specially used for grinding moving parts with steel, itself, and other plastics. It comes with PTFE lubrication, does not require additional oil coating, is thermally stable, and resistant to high temperatures.
◆ Purpose : Gears, shaft sleeves, sliders, guide rails, bearing bushings, wear-resistant parts for pneumatic valves, automotive motion structures, and wear-resistant parts for conveying.
◆ Benchmark Against : Zytel® WRF403,Leona 1330G,PA66+30%GF+15%PTFE
