◆ Material : 73G15T refers to toughened and thermally stabilized PA6 filled with 15% glass fiber (equivalent to BASF B3ZG3). Grade code explanation: 73 = PA6 base resin, G = glass fiber, 15 = 15% short glass fiber content, T = elastomer toughening plus long-term thermal stabilization. Available in natural and black BK grades for injection molding only.

◆ Characteristics : Toughening system plus long-term heat resistance: It maintains an 80% retention rate of mechanical properties after 5000 hours of long-term thermal aging at 120°C, with superior heat resistance compared to B3ZG3. Enhanced fluidity: MVR reaches approximately 28, enabling easier mold filling for thin-walled and intricate cavities, delivering finished parts with smooth surfaces and minimal floating glass fibers. Improved low-temperature toughness: Notched impact strength hits 13 at -30℃, outperforming B3ZG3 (4.0), so fasteners resist fracture under frigid conditions. Built-in high-efficiency internal lubrication ensures smooth demolding without additional release agent addition.

◆ Purpose : Automotive parts: door latches, seat adjustment brackets, wire harness sheaths, small heat-resistant brackets around engines (specialized for replacing B3ZG3). Power tool housings, pneumatic fittings, miniature gears, structural components for low-voltage electrical appliances. Outdoor equipment and cold-chain accessories (resistant to alternating high and low temperatures).
