Overview

◆ Material : PA66+15% glass fiber reinforced, high impact resistance, excellent surface finish, easy demolding and low temperature resistance.

◆ Characteristics : Long-term thermal stability at 120–150℃, resistant to engine oil and antifreeze, specially designed for automobile engine compartments and high-temperature structural parts.

◆ Purpose : Electrical and Electronic: High-voltage connectors, switch bases, coil bobbins, heat-resistant housings. Automotive: Engine compartment brackets, fasteners, carbon canisters, door components, high-temperature connectors, exterior structural parts. Industrial: Power tool housings, gears, bearing seats, pump housings, garden equipment parts.
