Continuous conductive networks formed by carbon fibers inside the polymer matrix enable electrostatic discharge (ESD) and eliminate risks of static sparking.
Optimized flame‑retardant additives achieve UL94 V‑0 performance to suppress flame propagation and provide self‑extinguishing capability upon removal of ignition source. Carbon fiber reinforcement also brings high stiffness, high strength, low thermal expansion and excellent dimensional stability for structural components.

2.Typical Applications
‑ Electronics & Semiconductor: IC trays, wafer carriers, ESD tooling fixtures, high‑voltage connector housings, EMI shielding enclosures
‑ New‑Energy Industry: Battery module components, high‑voltage wiring assemblies, internal charging‑pile parts with combined anti‑static and fire‑safety performance
‑ Industrial Equipment: Explosion‑proof electrical housings, anti‑static automation components, high‑strength sensor enclosures
‑ Automotive: New‑energy electronic control units, anti‑static fuel‑system parts, high‑temperature under‑hood components
3.Processing Notes
Formulation synergy between carbon fiber and flame‑retardant package is mandatory. Standard carbon‑fiber PA66 cannot reach V‑0 rating. Flame retardants may moderately reduce impact toughness.
Minimize shear during injection molding to avoid excessive carbon‑fiber breakage which causes conductivity fluctuation. Adequate venting is required to prevent carbon deposit.
Wear‑resistant screw & barrel (bimetallic assembly) is recommended.
