◆ Material : PA66 GF40 HSL is a 40% glass fiber reinforced, thermally stable PA66 (polyamide 66) injection molding material, characterized by ultra-high rigidity, high strength, and high temperature resistance. It is designed specifically for harsh working conditions such as automotive engine compartments and industrial heavy-duty structural components.

◆ Characteristics : Thermal stability: After long-term aging at high temperatures (120-150 ℃), the performance retention rate is high. Size stability: high glass fiber, low water absorption, precise size under environmental changes. Chemical resistance: resistant to oil, grease, and most solvents. Processability: Medium to high fluidity, suitable for injection molding complex structural parts.

◆ Purpose : Automotive industry (main force): Engine peripherals: engine hood, intake manifold, fuel distributor, radiator water chamber, Transmission system: transmission fork, gear, shifting mechanism components, Electrical components: connectors, relay housings, fuse boxes, ECU brackets, Chassis structure: suspension components, high-strength fasteners, seat structural components.
