Overview

◆ Material : Molybdenum disulfide (MoS ₂) filled PA66 injection grade material has the core advantages of self-lubricating, high wear resistance, low friction, and thermal stability, with a MoS ₂ content of about 1%.

◆ Characteristics : Self lubrication: MoS ₂ forms a solid lubricating film on the surface, providing oil free lubrication. High wear resistance: suitable for long-term sliding/friction parts, extending their lifespan. Low friction: reduces power loss and lowers noise. Good thermal stability: Maintain strength and dimensional stability at high temperatures. Chemical resistance: resistant to oil, grease, and most organic solvents. Easy to process: low viscosity, short injection molding cycle, good fluidity.

◆ Purpose : Gears, bearings, shaft sleeves, sliders, and guide rails. Automobile: door hinges, seat rails, brake components. Industry: transmission components, wear-resistant bushings, rollers, bearing cages. Electronic/home appliances: low friction structural components, sliding parts.
