◆ Material : PA66 70G25HSL is a 25% glass fiber reinforced, heat-stabilized, internally lubricated PA66 grade. It delivers high rigidity, good heat resistance, dimensional stability and easy molding, widely used in structural components under thermal and mechanical load in automotive, electrical and industrial fields.
◆ Characteristics : Good dimensional stability and low warpage. Internal lubricant improves processability and surface quality. Good resistance to oils, fuels and common chemicals. High strength and rigidity from 25% glass fiber. Excellent long-term heat aging performance.
◆ Purpose : Industrial: power tool parts, pump components, mechanical structural parts. Automotive: engine compartment parts, housings, brackets, gear components, fan parts. Electrical & electronic: connectors, bobbins, relay bases, circuit breakers.
