◆ Material : PA66 filled with 5% PTFE, wear-modified resin. This material features excellent mold release performance, superior surface quality, low abrasion loss and other properties.

◆ Characteristics : 1. Ultra-low friction, silent and wear-resistant: PTFE is uniformly dispersed, enabling oil-free lubrication under dry friction conditions, and it will not easily scratch mating metal parts during long-term operation; 2. High molecular weight and high toughness: Compared with grade 1442, it features higher viscosity and superior elongation at break, making thick-walled transmission parts resistant to fatigue and brittle cracking; 3. Long-term thermal stability: Resists yellowing and slow strength degradation under prolonged high-temperature service around engines; 4. Excellent processing compatibility: Suitable for injection molding of precision gears and sliders, as well as extrusion of wear-resistant rods and sheets; 5. Glass fiber-free: No glass fiber to abrade mating components, ideal for light-load precision sliding structures.

◆ Purpose : 1. Automotive Wiper gears, door lock sliders, wear-resistant bushings for seat adjustment, water pump impellers, sliding guides around engines, silent gears for window lifters; compliant with Chrysler wear-resistant material standard MS-DB-41C. 2. General Machinery High-load self-lubricating gears, bearing bushings, sliders, rollers, wear-resistant guide strips, extruded wear-resistant rods. 3. Electronics / Home Appliances Silent gearboxes, reels, wear-resistant switch contacts, sliding connector sheaths, miniature transmission mechanisms.
