Overview

◆ Material : Injection molding grade of PA6 with the highest glass fiber content (50% GF), featuring exceptional rigidity and heat resistance. It is formulated with thermal stabilizers and internal lubricants, boasting high fluidity and low warpage, and is ideal for high-load structural parts as a metal replacement.

◆ Characteristics : Ultra-high rigidity and strength: 50% glass fiber reinforced. Its modulus is close to that of metals, enabling it to replace aluminum alloy and zinc alloy. Excellent heat resistance and thermal stability: Withstands long-term exposure at 120℃ and short-term exposure at 210℃, and features good thermal aging resistance. High fluidity and low warpage: Built-in lubrication ensures easy filling for thin-walled and complex parts with stable dimensions. Good wear resistance: Thanks to internal lubrication, it is ideal for gears, bearing housings and sliding components. Moderate high water absorption: Based on PA6 matrix, its strength will decrease when used in seawater or humid and hot environments for a long time.

◆ Purpose : Automotive engine brackets, transmission components, cooling system housings, heavy-load chassis brackets, new energy battery and electronic control structural parts. High-strength gears, bearing seats, pump and valve housings, transmission structures, wear-resistant and heavy-duty mechanical accessories. High-voltage electrical bases, sensor housings, support structures for high-power electrical appliances. Deck heavy-load brackets, equipment bases, steering gear structures, high-strength in-cabin frames. Not suitable for scenarios involving long-term seawater immersion or prolonged exposure to high humidity and waterlogging.
