◆ Characteristics : Long-term service temperature: 150℃–170℃ (thermally stable formulation). Short-term temperature resistance: 240℃–250℃; Brittleness temperature: -30℃. Thermal aging: After exposure at 150℃ for 1000 hours, strength retention >90%. Oil and coolant resistance: Excellent, suitable for automotive powertrain systems. Electrical insulation: Dielectric strength of 40 kV/mm, ideal for high-voltage electrical appliances.
◆ Purpose : Automobile: Hood, intake manifold, cylinder head cover, pedal, bracket. Machinery: High-rigidity structural parts, bearing housing, gear. Electronics: High-voltage insulator, terminal block, switch housing.
