Overview

◆ Material : PA6 (Nylon 6) reinforced with 40% long glass fiber and modified for thermal stability, injection molding grade. It features high rigidity, excellent thermal aging resistance, low creep and superior dimensional stability.

◆ Characteristics : High rigidity, heat aging resistance, oil resistance, low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability.

◆ Purpose : Automobile: Hood, intake manifold, cylinder head cover, pedal, bracket, radiator tank. Machinery: High-rigidity structural parts, bearing housing, gear, sliding components. Electrical and Electronic Appliances: High-voltage insulator, terminal block, switch housing.
