◆ Material : PA6+30% fiberglass reinforcement, MoS2 wear-resistant modification, low wear, high surface glossiness.

◆ Characteristics : Advantage 1. Strong dry friction and wear resistance, suitable for oil-free operation of sliding parts. 2. Good hardness, compressive bearing capacity, and creep resistance. 3. Non stick cutting tools for machining, high smoothness of turning, milling and drilling holes. 4. The operating noise is lower, making it less likely to get stuck or become tangled. Shortcoming 1. The impact toughness of the gap decreases by about 20%, and the low-temperature toughness deteriorates. 2. Appearance gray black, unable to make light/natural color parts. 3. The lubricating film is not resistant to long-term hot water immersion (wear resistance slightly decreases after water absorption). 4. Not suitable for electroplating or high gloss spraying (surface containing molybdenum powder).
