◆ Material : PA66 103HSL is an unreinforced, thermally stable, and internally lubricated PA66 (nylon 66) material that is primarily injection molded and formulated in its natural color. It is a commonly used material for high-temperature, light-duty, and thin-walled precision parts in the automotive and electronics industries

◆ Characteristics : Long-term thermal & oxidative stability: Formulated with specialized composite heat stabilizers, providing superior strength and color stability at elevated temperatures, suitable for engine compartments and lead-free soldering applications. Internal lubrication & easy demolding: Low friction coefficient, ideal for light-load gears and bearing cages; short injection molding cycle and excellent flow for thin-wall parts. Unreinforced toughness: Balanced impact resistance and creep resistance without glass fiber, avoiding fiber blooming that affects appearance and assembly. Chemical resistance: Resistant to mineral oils and aliphatic hydrocarbons; not resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers and phenols.

◆ Purpose : Automotive: Engine compartment clips, connectors, bearing cages, radiator fan components, light-load gears. Electrical & electronics: Thin-wall precision connectors, coil bobbins, relay housings, high-temperature sockets. Industrial: Light-load housings for power tools, wear-resistant pulleys, fasteners.
