◆ Material : PA66 reinforced material with 30% glass fiber is a widely used standard reinforcement formula in industry, which combines high strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. It has excellent mechanical properties and a good forming surface.

◆ Characteristics : Mechanics and Heat Resistance: Fiberglass forms a three-dimensional skeleton, greatly improving strength, rigidity, creep resistance, and heat resistance, and can be used in medium to high temperature conditions such as engine peripherals; But it is sensitive to gaps and requires toughening modification for low-temperature toughness. Dimensional stability: significantly reduced shrinkage rate, minimal water absorption deformation, suitable for precision injection molded parts. Chemical and electrical properties: retaining the advantages of PA66 in oil and grease resistance; Strong acid resistance and good electrical insulation; Fiberglass will slightly reduce its UV resistance, and black/UV stabilizer grades are commonly used outdoors.
