◆ Material : PA66 (nylon 66), 30% fiberglass reinforcement+10% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) self-lubricating modification, injection grade wear-resistant engineering plastic.

◆ Characteristics : 1. High rigidity+high strength: 30% fiberglass provides high modulus, creep resistance, low shrinkage, and good dimensional stability. 2. PTFE self-lubricating: low friction coefficient, wear-resistant, suitable for reciprocating sliding, gear, bearing working conditions, outstanding performance in dry friction working conditions. 3. PA66 matrix has good heat resistance and can withstand continuous high operating temperatures.

◆ Purpose : 1. Wear resistant gears, shaft sleeves, and bearing liners. 2. Industrial sliders, guide blocks, and reciprocating friction moving parts. 3. Automation equipment, conveying mechanisms, and wear-resistant parts of pump bodies. 4. Friction structural components for household appliances and construction machinery.
