1. Electrical performance requirements
For low-frequency electronic connectors, high insulation resistance and dielectric strength are required. Generally, the insulation resistance between contacts and between contacts and ground should be greater than 1 Ω; At a low voltage of 0.44MPA and a test voltage of 500V, no arcing or breakdown should occur. For high-frequency electronic connectors, in addition to meeting the above requirements, it is also required to have low high-frequency dielectric loss and low dielectric constant. Good arc resistance, ensuring resistance to damage to plastic caused by electric arcs generated during plug-in installation.
2. Thermal performance requirements
The general hot deformation temperature should be above 200 ℃ to resist high temperatures during surface installation or welding, and to withstand the heating temperature of the connector itself. The coefficient of linear expansion should be small to prevent the firmness of the parts from being affected by temperature.
After receiving the customer's request, our company immediately conducted research and development testing. After several days of repeated experimentation, we finally came up with a satisfactory formula. We immediately made samples and sent them to the customer. After receiving the samples for testing, the customer felt quite satisfied and placed an order with our company if there were no problems.
