Overview

◆ Material : PA6 Nylon 6 | 20% Glass Fiber Reinforced | Halogen-Containing Flame Retardant, UL94 V-0 (0.8mm)

◆ Characteristics : 20% glass fiber reinforced, halogen-free flame retardant V-0, excellent hot wire performance and electrical insulation; high rigidity and high heat deflection temperature, suitable for connectors, terminal blocks, and electrical structural components.

◆ Purpose : Electrical: terminal blocks, waterproof connectors, switch bases, relay housings (many of the gray terminal blocks you previously saw use this brand); household appliance flame-retardant structural components, small motor brackets; industrial plastic parts requiring both flame retardancy and rigidity.

◆ Benchmark Against : Novamid® 1010GN2‑20
