◆ PA1010 Type I Material : PA1010 is a translucent, light, hard, and glossy crystalline white or slightly yellow particle. Its relative density and water absorption are both lower than those of nylon 6 and nylon 66.
◆ PA1010 Type I Characteristics : It possesses high mechanical strength, excellent impact toughness, wear resistance, and self-lubricating properties.
◆ PA1010 Type I Purpose : Used for manufacturing precision mechanical parts, bearings, gears, seals, and automotive fuel lines. Its low friction coefficient and self-lubricating properties make it particularly suitable for applications where cleanliness and durability are strictly required, such as food machinery, textile equipment, and medical devices. PA1010 is also commonly used in wire and cable sheaths and piping systems due to its excellent oil resistance and hydrolysis resistance.
