◆ Material : PA46 reinforced with 30% glass fiber, featuring high surface quality, fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance and high torque performance.
◆ Characteristics : Ultra-high heat resistance, capable of withstanding SMT reflow soldering. Its high-temperature rigidity and creep resistance are far superior to those of PA6/PA66. High flowability, suitable for thin-walled and complex structural parts. Excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties.
◆ Purpose : Structural parts around automobile engines, connectors, gears. Electronic SMT connectors, LED brackets, relay housings. High-temperature industrial components, pump valves, bearing cages.
